pec consulting GmbH exists already for more than 20 years and is the basis of our project management and consulting business.

Today the company is registered in the commercial register of the canton of Zurich.

Our mandates are currently mainly in the following areas:

• Real Estate IT
• Project management and change management for new workplace models and “Future of Work
• Digital transformation with special consideration of AI

Our services include classic project management (waterfall, agile or hybrid), acting as Subject Matter Expert, as well as the consulting of COO/CIO/CDO, or represent Business Units in large scale change projects.

Since 2016 we have a subsidiary in London (operating as pec management consulting (uk) ltd) so support our English customers on site.
